Sideline Cheerleading    Competition Cheerleading

The HYAA cheer program is for girls in Grades 1 – 8.  There is no minimum skill or experience required.

All participants are placed on a squad based on grade they’re going into Fall of 2018.

Mighty Mites – Grades 1 -2

Mites – Grades 3-4

Peewees – Grades 5 – 6

Midgets – Grades 7 – 8

All sideline cheerleaders will be cheering at weekly football games as well as post season play.

Fee for the season is $125.00 through May 20th. Beginning on May 21st an additional $35.00 late fee will be added to all registrations.

In addition to the registration fee, additional costs will be incurred for sneakers, booty shorts, crop tops, jackets and warm up pants and bows.

 

There will be a clinic for all sideline cheerleaders to attend on:

Saturday August 4th - 9:00-12:00

 

Practices will begin week of August 13th at coaches discretion.

HYAA asks for your cooperation in respecting its eligibility rules (birthdates, grade level). Administrators and coaches make an earnest attempt to create balanced teams within each division and to provide equal opportunities to win and lose. We strongly encourage parents to register children online at: www.hyaa.net, it helps streamline the process and all of your information will be securely stored and accessed for future registrations. You will also receive HYAA's monthly eblast updates on HYAA events. If you register your child during late registration or after registration closes, you will be subject to a $25 late fee and subject to space availability. Parents are encouraged to participate in a positive manor and support their child while not disparaging other children.
